Please fully read, understand and consent to the following contents before cancelling your Pluxee App account:

i. Consequences of account cancellation

You need to cancel the account according to the Pluxee App account cancellation process and relevant guidance on the App page. After you cancel your account, it will (may) have the following consequences, including but not limited to:

(1)   You will no longer be able to log in with this account and use Pluxee App related products and services.

(2)   All contents, information, data and records under Pluxee app related products and services that you have logged in and used through the account will be deleted or anonymized (except otherwise provided by laws and regulations or necessary to fulfill our compliance obligations), and you will no longer retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use and retrieve these information or data, including but not limited to:

a.     The personal data you set independently under this account (such as avatar, email, etc.);

b.     Personal information (such as name, phone number, etc.) provided by you voluntarily or authorized us to collect during use under this account;

c.      Other contents, information, data, historical records or service records related to the account.

(3)   After the account cancellation, the binding card(s) with this account will be released, and can not be used and queried through Pluxee App. The card(s) shared to the relatives account and / or the authorization(s) for the binding with the account(s) of the third party’s App(s), applet(s), H5 web(s) etc. will be removed and / or cancelled neither (if any).

(4)   Account cancellation is irreversible and irrevocable. Once the cancellation is completed, the account cannot be restored.

(5)   Once the account is cancelled, the rights and obligations agreed between you and us under the user service agreement will be terminated, unless otherwise agreed in the foregoing agreement or stipulated by laws and regulations.

ii. Conditions to be met for cancellation

Before you cancel your account, your account must meet the following conditions at the same time in order to protect your account security and property rights:

(1)  The account should be the one you have registered and used in accordance with user service agreement;

(2)  The account should be in normal operation, that is, the account information of your Pluxee App account should be up-to-date, complete and correct without any restrictive measures;

(3)  The account should have no outstanding transactions or other outstanding rights and obligations.

iii.Other notices

(1)   Cancellation of the account does not relieve or exempt you from the relevant responsibilities that you should (may) bear in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, relevant agreements and rules.

(2)   If there are any problems you can’t deal with or have any doubts in the process of account cancellation, you can contact the customer service hotline 400-920-6001 for assistance.

(3)   For other matters not covered in this notice, refer to user service agreement and privacy policy.
